1 C (2 sticks) margarine, softened
3/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 C granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 C Quaker Multigrain, uncooked
1-3/4 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 C chopped dried fruit (any combination) or 1 C raisins
1/2 C coarsely chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF
Beat margarine and sugars until fluffy
Beat in eggs and vanilla
Add combined dry ingredients and mix well
Stir in fruit and nuts
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown
Remove to wire rack
Cool completely
Store tightly covered
