16 oz whip topping divided
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. conf. sugar
Pinch salt
1 cup cookie butter divided
¼ cup non dairy milk
Graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the cookie butter and let it cool completely.

Whip up one of the whip toppings with the vanilla, sugar, and salt.

Whip up the other one and add half of the cookie butter.

Add the non dairy milk to the rest of the cookie butter to make the drizzle.

Layer the 2 whips on the top each other and drizzle the cookie butter on top.

Crush the graham crackers and sprinkle them on top.

You can layer the mousse in a pie crust or in individual servings without a crust.

Store in the freezer until ready to be served.
