8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. margarine
2 c. flour (maybe more)
1 bag caramels
½ c. evaporated milk

Icing:
½ c. flour
1 c. milk
½ c. crisco
½ c. margaine (not butter)
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1 c. margarine and cream cheese until fluffy. Add in flour. Chill. Meanwhile melt caramels & evaporated milk together. After dough is chilled press into tassie pans. Indent center with tool. Fill a quarter full with caramel mixture. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pans 10 minutes before removing. Cool completely.
Icing:
Heat to boiling the flour and milk, stirring constantly. Cool completely. In a mixer beat the crisco, margarine and powdered sugar and cream until fluffy. Mix in cooled flour mixture. Fill tassie cups the rest of the way using a pastry bag with a star tip. Decorate with finely crushed walnuts sprinkled on top.
