2-lb Cooked spaghetti noodles
1-Bunch of cilantro, cleaned, stemmed and torn into pieces
1-lb pkg Lunch style cooked ham cut into small squares
1-sm Jar sliced jalapeños (Optional)
1½ lb Shredded monterey jack cheese
½-stick Butter sliced
1- tub of Sour cream (IMO, imitation sour cream if available) (melts better)
¾-Chicken Broth

Preheat oven to 350
1: Cook noodles in boiling water until soft. Drain and place in large bowl
2: Scoop sour cream in with noodles and mix. Stir until all noodles are covered with sour cream
3: In a large no stick baking dish, layer noodles evenly
4: sprinkle top of noodles with sliced ham, cilantro and jalapeños if using
5: cover with shredded monterey jack cheese. Drizzle with butter and chicken broth
6: Repeat steps 3-5 by adding another layer over the first layer
7: Place in center of the pre heated oven and bake for 45 minutes
