1 lb box of large mushrooms (Sam’s)
1 lb of Chorizo sausage (or other spicy sausage)
8 oz Monterey Jack or other mild cheese
1/2 c panko
I sm bunch do green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage.

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely, discarding the tough parts. Add stems and chopped onions to sausage. Sauté until soft.

Add all other ingredients, stuff mushrooms and top with a small amount of grated cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
