1 c. oleo
1 egg beaten
1 c. sugar
½ c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
whole cinnamon graham crackers


Icing:
½ c. oleo (melted)
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 c. oleo, sugar, egg and ½ c. milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add pecans, coconut and graham cracker crumbs; stir well, a touch of cinnamon may be added. Line an ungreased 9x13 pan on the bottom with whole graham crackers. (Line pan before making filling) Spread filling evenly and cover with another layer of whole graham crackers. Spread with icing.

Icing:
Mix ½ c. melted oleo, 1 T. milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar, spread over graham crackers. After icing is set, cut into bars.
