1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. cold water
pinch of salt
pepper to taste
3 eggs
slightly more than 1 c. matzoh meal

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Mix all the ingredients together until well blended
Refrigerate the mixed ingredients for 20 minutes
Remove from refrigerator and shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter (they will get bigger in the boiling water)
As you form the balls put them in the boiling water
Stir the pot with a wooden spoon (most of the matzoh balls will rise to the surface but it's OK if not all do)
Boil the matzoh balls for 20 minutes
Remove from the pot and put in bowls of steaming hot chicken soup
