½ c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
¼ tsp. vanilla
⅔ c. crushed, drained pineapple
¼ tsp. soda
⅛ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly; add eggs and beat well.
2. Add vanilla and pineapple.
3. In a seperate bowl mix soda, flour, salt, and baking powder.
4. Add dry mixture to wet mixture, beating just enough to make batter smooth.
5. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet, well apart.
6. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
