Dough:
2-3 cups flour
Dash of salt
1/2 cup melted butter

1 egg, beaten
Add enough water to make 1 cup

Filling:
Apples
Coconut
Raisins
Pecans
Corn flakes
Melted butter
Cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Dough:
Put flour, salt and melted butter in bowl. Add egg and water mixture. Mix until dough is only slightly sticky. Divide dough into 3 portions. Place in bowl and cover with warm towels. Slice apples very thin.
Place large flour sack towel on table. Sprinkle lightly with flour. Place one portion of dough on towel. Roll until paper thin. Spread melted butter over dough, add apples and remaining ingredients. Roll tight as you would a jelly roll. Place on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown.
