2 ½ c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and pour in the oil, eggs, vanilla, zucchini, and nuts.
3. Mix all together
4. Bake 1 hour in greased pans at 350º
