100 small pickling cucumbers - scrub and cut into chunks
1 large head cauliflower (8 cups) - divide into small floweret's
2 lbs. pickling onions - scald in boiling water 1 minute then immediately put into cold water and peel
1 large green pepper - cut into chunky pieces

SAUCE:
5 cups apple cider vinegar
6 cups water
12 T. dry mustard
4 cups sugar
1 cup white flour
2 T. turmeric
In a square of cheese cloth put: 2 T. celery seed and 2 T. mustard seed. Tie off securely.

Soak cucumbers, cauliflower, onions and green pepper in brine water (1 cup salt to 1 gallon water) overnight. Make sure all of the vegetables are completely covered with water.

Next morning make sauce by combining apple cider vinegar, water, mustard, sugar, flour, turmeric and cheesecloth mixture. Bring sauce to a boil. Remove cheesecloth bag. Add well drained cucumbers/cauliflower/onions/green peppers. Bring back to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour into prepared jars leaving about ½-inch at the top. Seal while hot.
