¼ c chopped Pecans
I pkg Betty Crocker Golden cake mix w /pudding mix
I pkg vanilla instant pudding mix (small)
4 eggs
½ c cold water
½ c Mazola oil
½ c dark rum


Glaze:
½ c butter
¼ c water
1 c white sugar
½ c dark Rum

Cake:
- Sprinkle chopped nuts in the pan (optional)
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients
- Pour over nuts
- Bake at 350º for 50-60 mins

Glaze:
- ln a sauce pan melt butter
- Stir in water and sugar
- Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 5 mins
- Stir in the rum slowly
- Poke holes in the cake (inside and out) with a fork
- Brush the glaze onto the cake, it will seem like there is too much glaze but just keep brushing it on until its all gone the cake will soak it all up
