936 grams Aunties AP Flour
20 grams baking powder
5 grams salt, kosher
600 grams butter, softened
644 grams granulated sugar
4 each eggs, large
64 grams vanilla paste

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter and sugar on medium-high speed until thick paste forms. Scrape down bowl.

Add egg and vanilla, beat on medium speed. Blend until incorporated, add dry ingredients and blend on low until incorporated. Turn on to medium and mix until well blended.

Pat dough into 4 rounds. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Remove dough from the refrigerator. Generously dust countertop with flour. Roll dough out about 1/4-inch thick.

Cut dough into shapes. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake cookies until edges are golden brown. -inch dachshunds took about 14 minutes. Keep your eye on the first batch of cookies to help you with the timing.
