½ c. Corn Startch

½ c. Icing Sugar

1 c. Flour

¾ c. Butter, Softened

sift all the dry ingredients together with a spoon

blend in the butter

smooth dough shape into 1" balls if dough is too soft to handle cover and chill

cook at 300ºF for 15-20 minutes (15 minutes is usually enough, until edges golden brown)

These have always been in nanny's house around Christmas time ever since I can remember. She would never decorate them with icing but they have litte designs like Santa, Christmas tree's and candycanes.
