3 tbsp. Sugar
1 c. Pecans
2 Eggs (whites and yolks separated)
1 c. Corn syrup
3 tbsp. Flour
3 tbsp. Butter
¾ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except eggs and pecans in a bowl
2. Add well-beaten egg yolks
3. Fold in egg whites and beat until stiff
4. Add ½ c. pecans
5. Pour ingredients into unbaked pie crust
6. Sprinkle pecans over the top
7. Bake at 450º F for 45-50 minutes
