10-12 potatoes peeled and cut in 1” cubes
1 loaf of white bread
1 Lg Spanish onion diced
1 cup warm water
2 t poultry seasoning (may need more taste as you go)
1 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
- In a large pot boil the potatoes until soft.
- Strain and return to the pot, mash the potatoes.
- Break up the bread in to small pieces and add to the potatoes.
- Add the onion, salt and poultry seasoning.
- Mix together sprinkling with warm water as needed. You want to make sure it’s not too dry, the water will add moisture if needed.
- Add more salt and poultry seasoning if needed.
- Can be cooked in the turkey or in the oven in a casserole dish.
