Ingredients:  
4 Cups of rice
2 14 oz can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
6 Tablespoons plus 2 tsp of Sugar
4 Cups of milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Sugar, condensed Milk, milk, salt in Sauce Pan
Heat on Medium until sugar melts,
Add vanilla and Rice
Continue to Heat until all sugar is melted
Pour in 2 13 x 9 pans and bake at 400 degrees for about one hour
Until pudding is thick and sides are browned
Stir 3-4 Times
