4 eggs
1 cup honey (honey will need to be dissolved into coffee)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup strong coffee
3 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbsp. brandy
1 cup strong coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually while beating until light and creamy. Stir in honey and shortening (likely means oil), honey (honey dissolved in coffee)

Sift together all dry ingredients and add to liquid mixture.

Beat well and fastly fold in nuts and raisins and brandy. Turn into a greased paper lined rectangular pan and back at 325 for 1 hour.
