1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 package (6 ounces) semi sweet chocolate chips
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Shortening and sugar until light

Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy

Stir in strained zucchini, nuts, and chocolates

Mix flour and baking soda, then stir into the batter

Drop by Tsp into ungreased baking sheet

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
