1 POUND ALMOND PASTE
1 3/4 CUP SUGAR
4 EXTRA LARGE EGGS WHITES BEATEN
1/4 - 1/2 POUND PINE NUTS

Directions:
BREAK APART ALMOND PASTE INTO SMALL PIECES. ADD SUGAR AND MIX WELL. SLOWLY ADD EGGS WHITES. MIX WELL. DROP BY SCANT TEASPOONFULS ONTO PARCHMENT PAPER. PRESS PIGNOLI NUTS ON TOP OF EACH COOKIE BEFORE BAKING.

COOK IN PREHEATED OVEN 350
FOR 15-18 MINUTES OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWN.
LEAVE ON SHEET UNTIL COOL.
