12 large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut in half
4 to 5 T. mayonnaise
1½ T. cider vinegar
1½ T. melted butter
1 T. yellow mustard
1 T. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Add in options:
sliced scallions
horseradish
crab meat
parsely, dill, mixed herbs
smoked salmon
bacon

1. Place egg yolks in a food processor and pulse until broken up into small bits.
2. Add reamining ingredients except paprika. Process until very smooth.
3. Add mix-ins if you are using. Depending on your choice, this will be about ¼ c. to ½ c. of additional ingredients.
4. With a small spoon, fill each egg white with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and chill.
