2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares
Frosting
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick of butter softened
1/1/2 cups cocoa powder or 2 cups depending on how Chocolatey you want.
1 dash of salt
3 tablespoos of warm milk or more depending on you choice of frosting thickness.

Stir pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk together in a medium bowl until well blended.
Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Frosting
Put powdered sugar in a medium bowl and add cocoa powder and salt, mix well, add softened butter and use fork to blend well. Add warm milk and stir vigorously until the creamy texture you want.
Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the pan. Cover, and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Ready in 4 hours 25 minutes.This is a cheats version and whilst it’s light on work, it sure packs a punch in the flavor stakes. This is a real crowd pleaser that you can whip up on demand. Everyone will want the recipe! This is a great recipe to teach kids how to cook with no heat!

Your mom made homemade chocolate eclairs when I was 9 years old so this recipe reminded me of that memory. This recipe is so much easier and just as delicious.
