6 tablespoons oleo
1 sliced green pepper
½ cup chopped celery
1 pound ground turkey meat
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
pinch of oregano
pinch of garlic salt
1 16oz can chopped tomatoes
1 16oz can tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 can mushrooms
½ cup sliced green or black olives
8oz package egg noodles
8oz grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute: oleo, green pepper and celery.

Add: ground turkey, seasoned salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic salt, chopped tomato, tomato sauce, water, mushrooms and olives.

Simmer all for 15 minutes

Spoon small amount of space over bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
Spread egg noodles then rest of sauce

Cover with grated cheese.

Bake 45 minutes in 350º oven
