1 Package Hebrew National Hotdogs (I use the light or 97% fat free)
1 large or 2 small potatoes
1/2 of a large green pepper or 1 small
1/2 of a large onion or 1 small
1 - 8 oz (small can) of tomato sauce such as Hunts

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potato(s) in boiling water until done.
Let cool and cut into bite size pieces.
Cut hotdogs into bite size pieces - I get 12-14 slices per hot dog.
Cut onions and peppers into bite size pieces (dice not slice)


Spray a large frying pan ( You can also use 2 tsp olive oil if you prefer)
Saute the onions and peppers on medium flame on top of stove in pan until soft
Add hotdogs and saute until lightly browned.
Add pototatoes until hot.
Stir in the can of tomato sauce
Lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until heated through.
