1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg separated
1 Cup flour
1/3 Cup walnuts
Jar seedless preserved raspberry

Cream butter and next 3 ingredients.
Add egg yolk beat until white add flour stir.
Chill 1 hour
make round balls and press thumb print in middle of ball.
place preserve in middle.
Bake 350F 20 min
