1 box lemon cake mix
4.5 oz. cool whip
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon extract
powdered sugar to coat
Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, cake mix, whip topping and lemon extract. Mix well.
Drop by spoonful into powdered sugar and roll to coat
Place 1½" apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 350º for 10-15 minutes
