Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 stuffing bread-cubed
1 cup diced onions
2 cups chopped celery
1 ½ cups margarine
2 teas salt
½ teas pepper
1 ½ T sage

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and celery with a little butter (or oil for a healthier version), salt and pepper while cutting the bread into cubes. Once the onions are translucent, mix with the seasonings and cubed bread in a very large bowl. Place some in the turkey to season it while it cooks. The rest put in a dish or foil pan to store until ready to cook. Cover with foil and put some holes in the foil when ready to cook. About 30 minutes before turkey is done, place in oven at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is actually the recipe that Grandma Newman always used for holidays and I believe it came from her mother, Great Grandma Erma Connick. Grandma Newman always made Aunt Debbie and I help cut the celery, onion and bread to prepare the stuffing. She didn't really make us; it was more of a tradition. I still make this recipe for my family and cry tears of joy as I remember Mom. Traditions are a wonderful thing. Please keep this one going.
