Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup regular rice with 1 1/4 cup water
2-3 stalks celery chopped
1 medium onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, water, celery and onion as you would normally cook rice. It's OK to still be juicy when the rice is done. Fry 1 pound of port sausage with onion and drain. In a large bowl break apart 1 loaf of bread. Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup with 1 1/4 boiling water and 1 chicken boulion cube (or substitute canned chicken broth for the water and the boulion cube).
Mix rice mixture with the bread, add sausage, then pour chicken soup mixture over all of it and mix it all up. You can use it to stuff the turkey or chicken or bake it at 350º separately for 1 hour. Cover it if you want moist stuffing or not for stuffing that is more crunchy around the edges.
