1-c. granulated sugar
1-c.confectioners sugar
1-c. butter or margarine
1-c. veg. oil
2- eggs
41/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar,butter, & oil. Then add eggs. Sift together flour,cream of tartar & soda, add to other mixure. add vanilla & mix well. Chill overnight. Roll into balls smaller then a walnut & roll in sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 about 10-12 mins. Makes about 90 cookies
