2 C. Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. Baking powder
1/4 C. Crisco shortening
3/4 Tbsp. Salt
3/4 C. Buttermilk
1/2 C. or less, Water


Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425º. Mix together flour, baking powder, shortening, and salt. Add buttermilk and water until able to be mixed into a soft dough. Roll out 1/2" - 3/4" thick. Brush with melted butter. Bake about 10 minutes.
