1 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Butter
1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese ( softened)
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla ( I only use Adams Best Vanilla)
Dash of salt
6 eggs
3 cups of cake flour ( must be cake flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees
Cream together cream cheese, butter, and margarine
Add 3 cups sugar beat until fluffy
Add vanilla, salt and mix well
Add eggs 1 at a time and beat well after each
Add 3 cups cake flour beat until smooth
Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hrs
Cool slightly and invert pan onto a cake plate
While still warm cover with powdered sugar.
