1 1/2 sticks butter
1 box light brown sugar (2 1/2 c.)
3 Eggs
2 1/2 c. Sifted all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla flavoring
1 lb. orange slice Candies, cut into small pieces
1 c. Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl until smooth. Add egg beating after each one. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt and gradually add. Add vanilla. Stir in cut up candy and chopped nuts.
Place in 9x 13 pan or glass dish, greased or sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
Tip: Orange candy slices are sticky and scissors work to cut into small pieces.
