2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tbsp soda
Dash of Salt
1 tbsp vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)


Frosting:

3 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup nuts
Dash of Salt
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Mix together and bake in 11x17 cookie sheet at 350 deg
30 minutes or until done

Frosting:
Melt cream cheese and butter over hot water in a mixing bowl.
Add a little water if to stuff. Frost cake while hot.
