1 package elbow noodles
1/2 large stick of Velveeta
1 small container of ricotta cheese
1 cup or so of Italian bread crumbs
1/2 stick of butter or a whole stick even better
1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Cook pasta not quite al-dente because it will finish cooking when baked,preheat oven too 350 degrees
cube up Velveeta mix ricotta in a bowl drain pasta place in a large mixing bowl add butter and cheeses and a half a cup of milk ,mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put in a 13X9 greased (with butter) baking dish top with Italian bread crumbs and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted about 30 minutes.

Best mac and cheese ever ,I love this, growing up my grandmother made this when she was still able to cook and my mom took over. This recipe has been passed down to me and I have passed it down to my daughter and her best friend Natalie who regularly reaches out to me for the childhood favorites she enjoyed at our house.
