1 9" unbaked crust
About 5 large apples cut into chunks

Mix well and toss with apples until well coated:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Put coated apples into crust and drizzle
2 tbs lemon juice over.

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slide pie into brown paper bag and fold open end 2 or 3 times, tenting the bag over the pie, then fasten end with paper clips.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 1 hour.
Cool serve plain, with cheese or ice cream.
