½ c Butter (softened)
½ c Peanut butter
½ c White sugar
½ C Brown sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ c flour
½ tsp Baking powder
¾ tsp Baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
- Mix together the butter, peanut butter, sugars and the egg and set aside
- In another bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together
- Add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and mix well
- Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet
- Roll the dough into balls and flatten them on the cookie sheet with a fork
