-2 (5.9 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
-1 (8oz.) + (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
-1 c. powdered sugar
-¼ c. butter
-3 c. evaporated milk, cold
-½ tsp. vanilla
-1 pkg. chocolate cookies with cream filling in them
Directions:
Directions:
1) Prepare pudding with the 3c. cold evaporated milk, according to directions.
2) In medium bowl combine, cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, & vanilla. Beat until thoroughly blended.
3) When pudding is set, fold in Cool Whip & then add the cream cheese mixture.
4) You may now begin to layer:
-Layer #1- Place ½ of pudding mixture in bottom of glass dish.
-Layer #2- sprinkle ½ of crushed oreos over the pudding.
-Layer #3- spread ½ of cream cheese mixture over the pudding.
5) Repeat layers, then spread 8 oz. Cool Whip on top. After the Cool Whip is evenly spread over cream cheese mixture, sprinkle some of the crushed oreos evenly over the Cool Whip.
6) Chill for at least 3 hrs. before serving.
