2 lb. dried northern beans
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. dark syrup
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
3/4 lb. cubed ham or bacon
1 T. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in water to cover. Drain and rinse. Place beans into bean pot. Add rest of ingredients. Cover with water . Bake for 7 to 8 hours in 350 oven, adding water when needed.
