3 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat griddle to 375ºF. In blender beat eggs and milk thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients and beat for 20 minutes. Add melted butter and mix well. Let stand for 1 hour. Pour onto hot griddle. Smooth out with spoon. When light brown, flip.
They are delicious with your favorite syrup. Or like Grandpa Heimo's liked to eat them, with butter and sprinkled with sugar rolled up. You can also roll sausages up in them or put fruit and whipped cream on them.
