Potato Salad

10 # potatoes, cooked, peeled and when cold, cut into small cubes.
1 dozen eggs, cooked and diced
1 bunch celery, diced small
2 bunches green onions, sliced
2 green peppers, diced
1 jar(1 cup) sweet pickles, diced *save pickle juice*
salt
pepper

Cooked Dressing:

1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
1 Quart mayonnaise
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
white vinegar
sugar
dash salt

Directions:

For the Cooked Dressing:

Mix and cook all ingredients for the Cooked Dressing, stirring until smooth. Chill. Add 1 quart of mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of sweet pickle juice.

Mix salad and dressing. Garnish with paprika and green olives.
