For Cake:
1 c Butter
2 Eggs
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c White Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 c Oatmeal

For Icing:
1 c Butter
1/2 c Cream
1 c White Sugar
1 c Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1.5 c boiling water over 1 c of oatmeal. Let stand 20 minutes, then mix in all ingredients. Bake at 350º until brown and skewer comes out clean.

For Icing: Cook butter, cream, and sugar for a few minutes, then add coconut. When cake is brown spread on top and return to oven for a few minutes. Serve in pan from which it was baked.
