1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Land O' Lakes butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. almond extract
1-1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except flour and cocoa. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed. Shape rounded as desired (1" balls, 2-3 logs, balls flattened, balls with indentations - fill with frosting or jam before serving - etc.) or use cookie press. Place 1-inch apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until set.
