3 Cups Grated Squash (do not peel)
3 eggs, 1 cup oil, 2 teas van, 1 teas salt,
1 cup raisins, 1 1/2 cup walnuts 1 1/2 cup cocanut
2 cups sugar, 3 cups flour, 1 teas cinn, 1 teas soda, 1 teas baking powder

Directions:

Beat sugar and eggs until creamy. Add oil and van
and mix well. Add all dry ingredients. Add zucchini and mix in. Add raisins, nuts and cocanut.

Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan 1 hour 350 degrees. Makes 3 loaf pans.
