1/4 lb bacon 2 eggs 1/3 cup sugar,
1/3 cup vinegar 1/2 teas salt

Endive, Spinach is best

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until crisp bacon and drain on paper Set aside the drippings to add to vinegar mixture.

On low heat combine
2 beaten eggs 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 teas salt

Stirring constantly until thickend and add in bacon

Pour over luttuce and serve
