6 cups water
dash salt

2 more cups water
2 1/2 cups cornmeal
Choice ham, chicken or bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 6 cups of water and add dash salt

While its boiling measure out 2 cups of cold water and stir in 2 1/2 cups cornmeal. Mix this with the
boiling water and add your meat. Cook about
10 minutes and pour into a well greased loaf pan.
Put some grease on top to keep moist.

When you are ready to eat place sliced mush into a greased skillit and brown well.
