3 lb fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups reserve chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender and remove from bone. Reserve 2 cups of broth from cooking chicken. Place chicken pieces in 9 X13 in. pan. Set aside. In a bowl, mix together flour, buttermilk, pepper and salt. Pour mixture over chicken. In a saucepan, add reserve broth and soup. Bring to a boil and pour over chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350º.
