2 TBSP FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
4 TBSP OLIVE OIL

MIX TOGETHER THOROUGHLY AND SET ASIDE. USING A RUSTIC TYPE BREAD IE: SOUR DOUGH, ITALIAN, ETC., TEAR BREAD INTO 2 INCH PIECES AND PLACE INTO BOWL. POUR IN INGREDIENTS MIXING TO INSURE BREAD IS COATED WEL. SPREAD BREAD INTO COOKIE SHEET. BAKE JUST UNTIL THE BREAD STARTS TO TURN GOLDEN, ABOUT 10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL.
