3 medium size sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 golden delicious apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp nutmeg
1 stick butter
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow baking dish, layer the bottom with half of the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle 1/2 Tbsp nutmeg on top. Sprinkle one fourth of the brown sugar and dot with 2 Tbsp of butter. Layer half of the apples next. Sprinkle 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon on top. Sprinkle one fourth of the brown sugar and dot with 2 Tbsp of butter. Repeat the layers again with the apples on the top. Pour water to the bottom to avoid sticking. Bake covered in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes.
