Sauce:

½ cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
½ ground ginger
¼ tsp pepper
¾ cup of water
⅓ lime juice
¼ cup coy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, combined all ingredients for sauce before lighting the stove.

Make sure all ingredients a well mixed and then place over a medium flame, consistently stirring until sauce develops into a caramel brown gel. If you do not stir consistently, sauce will burn.

Cover a large cookie sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.

Lay out a single layer of chicken drummets and season the tops with salt, pepper and garlic.

Bake at 400º and turn after 30 mins. Season the other side and bake another 20-30 mins until fully cooked.

Dip the wings in the sauce and place back on cookie sheet and bake for another 10 -15 mins or until sauce has set.

Serve with Chicken rice
