Meat Balls:

12 lbs Hamburger
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
1 md onion
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp salt
pepper - dash
ginger- dash
1/8 tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp allspice
¾ tsp dill weed

Sauce
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp dill weed
1 10 oz can of beef broth
1 carton of lite cream or Half & Half
Pan Drippings

To thicken:
2 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients to make meatballs in a medium bowl until well mixed (Use hands once a spoon doesn't work so well)

Roll meat mixture into little balls about the size of a quarter and brown in a pan with a little bit of olive oil
Place in slow cooker and add ingredients for sauce and stir until well mixed.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours

To thicken
Mix 2 tsp of corn starch in ¼ cup of water and then add to sauce in crock pot and mix well.
